The need is to improve the user experience in terms of personalization, by introducing an innovative concept bringing real added value to the user journey. The mission includes redesigning clothing personalization and improving the user journey after personalization. In addition, Decathlon Pro aims to set up a white label site allowing sports clubs to create their own online store, thus being part of my area of responsibility.
